We are overjoyed to get your order when you are mischievous to your target because of the item(s), but we are here to help you to achieve your goals by removing the obstacles. Most orders finished good, but if a problem occurs with orders. Nyereka Tech secure its clients to receive their items or get back their money with grueling

If any client report that is not receiving her/his item or an item is not correct/ match with the specifications listed. Nyereka Tech team review that circumstance and if they find any mistake made by our team, we will work together to resolve it. Either we can refund or resend new items matching the specifications.

Returns

Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since you get the product but it arrived with some problem(s), unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If you sell a product via nyerekatech.com and you do not get it or not match with description, Please let us know that before 2 hours after to receive the product(s). To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.  

We can’t offer you a return if an item is damaged after picked either from our office or delivery agent because we can’t know if it is damaged by you while you picked. Check your product before to pick up.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • All kind of battery
  • Items transferred to another address after the original delivery to the original destination.
  • Items damaged during local pick-up.
  • Other items bought in other ways not shown above.

Refunds (if acceptable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or call to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and we will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not offer an exchange, check well the product before making an offer or picked from our office.

Shipping

It is your responsibility to pay shipping costs for returning your item to our office. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Other rules

  • Returns item must be included all accessories, documentation, etc. delivered with the item
  • Modified items is not allowed in return.
  • We highly suggest all returns are sent via a trackable shipping method. Lost packages that are sent via not tracked methods are not guaranteed.
  • Don’t modify the item if it is not the correct, contact our Tech Team

Shipping rules

Rwanda Shipping

Nyereka Tech helps its clients deliver services of the items they buy in its store. There are various options you have chosen according to your destination. If you are in Rwanda, we have to check available pickup(Delivery companies). The cost of shipping are paid by the client in the checkout or later.

If you are in Kigali, the cost will depend on where you and it will be calculated after the process of checkout. And your items will be shipped to your address here in Kigali.

 If you are out of Kigali, we use the transportation agency. The cost will be added while the process is of checkout.

You can choose the No delivery option while you want to come to our office to pick it up by yourself. Here we package your items and hold it in our office.

The time that will be taken to arrive to your destination will not go beyond 24 Hours in the province and 2 Hours in Kigali  But that time is calculated from working days and hours; not include weekend and night hours. When you request anything which will be ordered from outside of Rwanda we give you 10 days after payment is done. Just contact us via sales@nyerekatech.com if you want new items from in China or use a request form that is available on this website.

Foreign country  Shipping

The items will be sent to your destination via P.O or other delivery companies. But wait for integration of it. If you want this option make order and put your destination in Kigali, and text us via our e-mail: sales@nyerekatech.com

Order with Free Shipping

When you order the items that have a value of more than 50,000FRW/ 50 USD/ 48 EUR and less than 300,000frw/300USD/250EUR. This option is allowed to the client which is in Kigali. You will refund your shipping cost after delivering your items.
